What You'll Be Doing
CIBC Private Wealth and Wood Gundy are dedicated to delivering excellence in relationship-based advice, service, and product solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs. Our comprehensive offering serves a diverse range of wealth-building clients—from self-directed investors and high net worth individuals to institutional clients. As the Senior Consultant, Fee-Based Integration, reporting to the Director, Fee Based Solutions, you’ll help shape and execute the strategic direction of fee-based solutions across the Atlantic region. You’ll be a trusted subject matter expert for financial advisors, supporting disciplined portfolio management and scalable portfolio construction, implementation, and monitoring. In addition to advisor support, you’ll contribute to head office functions by developing programs, tools, analytical frameworks, and reporting that inform senior leadership. You’ll build a strong understanding of the CIBC Unified Account (UA) platform, confidently communicating its purpose and value to advisors, and supporting its adoption. This highly visible role blends analytics, consulting, change leadership, and collaboration—partnering with advisory teams, branch leadership, and Wealth Management partners to drive the evolution and adoption of fee-based solutions. Success in this role is measured by increased UA and fee-based adoption, stronger collaboration across departments, and actionable feedback that improves the advisor experience.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
