Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our M&A team. In this role, you will be at the front lines of our acquisition strategy — identifying and engaging vertical market software businesses that meet our investment criteria. You will run outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calling, email outreach, digital media, and in-person events, building relationships directly with founders, owners, and C-suite executives. You will maintain a proprietary pipeline of contacts, qualify opportunities, and present high-potential targets to our internal M&A team for deeper evaluation.Job Description:
