<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Support the General Manager in developing and execute on the long-term strategy of Bolt ride-hailing business in Sweden, including ownership of fleets (our partners) growth.</point>
• <point>Oversee programs and projects focused on business growth and process enhancements, aiming to deliver outstanding service to riders and drivers</point>
• <point>Formulate and execute strategies to improve the value proposition for drivers and riders, increase partners engagement, and enhance performance and retention.</point>
• <point>Develop analytical models and reporting systems, analyse data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and riders.</point>
• <point>Engage in Business Development to identify new revenue opportunities, forge partnerships, and negotiate and structure contracts, including collaborations with partners (fleets).</point>
• <point>Advise and closely collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, Legal, Marketing or Finance to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficienc.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have at least 2+ years of experience in an Operations Management role or similar.</point>
• <point>You have 3+ years experience in an analytical, project management and/or entrepreneurial position.</point>
• <point>You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Lithuanian.</point>
• <point>You have experience leading a team and a passion for developing people.</point>
• <point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.</point>
• <point>You have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Swedish.</point>
