Summary: As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions that facilitate data generation, collection, and processing. Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to effectively migrate and deploy data across various systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide innovative solutions to enhance data accessibility and usability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - The resource must have extensive expertise in data migration and must be able to do process / timeline management for data migration activities - While there is no hard and fast requirement for any tech stack, what we are using is DBT, GCP BQ and Infor Optiva BDL (SAP PLM tables - Various Excel files - DBT - GCP BigQuery - DBT - Infor Optiva BDL - Infor Optiva data tab). Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Data Migration, Data Building Tool, Google BigQuery. - Experience with data warehousing solutions and architecture. - Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to data management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Data Migration. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
