Job Description Summary:

Assists in daily and ongoing operation, including oversight of processes related to: smooth flow of patients and most efficient use of limited, high tech resources. Implements a continuous quality improvement program to enhance utilization of these resources, establishes ongoing orientation, training, and continuing education program for staff and assists in management of quality and inventory control. He/She assists the Oncology Manager in planning for operational change/growth/etc. In addition, this position acts as one of the liaisons to the customers of the infusion center, including but not limited to referring physicians, pharmacy, IS, IP nursing, oncology navigators, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

BSN nursing Oncology experience, chemotherapy/oncology experience preferred.

If you display strong leadership skills in daily operations (charge nurse) and have solid nursing experience chemotherapy/oncology patient care can be taught
