Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong command over scripting techniques to automate system tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting shell scripts to ensure robust and error-free execution, ITSM, Experience of managing production environment support handling important services., Also, Experience of Logging, alerting & monitoring tools such as Splunk, DX-APM, Tivoli.
- Ability to integrate shell scripts with other software components and tools to streamline workflows.
- Familiarity with version control systems to manage and maintain script repositories effectively.
- Very Strong expertise in Unix RHEL V8/V9 Administration of servers.
- Should know Unix concepts, shell scripting, very thoroughly.
- Managing of high priority incidents P1/P2/P3 via ServiceNow
- Any experience of managing SRE support in production ENV.
- Experience with code management tools such GitHub, Gitlab with Management of CICD pipeline via GitHub, Gitlab etc.
- Experience with managing any API gateways instance before(APIGEE, TYK, Datapower, AWS for example)- Preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of API development lifecycle with experience in Infrastructure as code/ automation / DevOps.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have overall minimum 10-12+ years of IT experience with experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
