Fixed term contract for 12 months

Are you looking for an opportunity to enhance your knowledge of human resource policies and procedures in a fast-paced Human Resources Support Center?  If so, this is the role for you.

 

As Junior PS Operations Specialist you will be responsible for providing consistent, high quality customer care and service excellence to all GSK businesses.  You will also assist and facilitate employee and manager inquiries and requests.

 

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Provide transactional Human Resource support using Workday across all processes and business units in a service center environment
  • Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Support client groups with responses to direct queries being received via email, web submit and phone
  • Provision of advice and guidance as first line of contact for basic Human Resource questions
  • Administrative support to Human Resource and shared services
  • Manage the quality of data and maintain records in Human Resource systems to ensure data accuracy and that entries are updated for payroll and benefits
  • Liaise with external and internal suppliers and agencies as appropriate to deliver Human Resource transactional services
  • Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes
  • Responsible for Human Resource services standard reports
  • Handling of SPII and PII in a confidential manner, while maintaining appropriate privacy, compliance and risk management guidelines
  • Process Human Resource partner transaction
  • Support Human Resource Managers, Specialists and employees with inquiries
  • Manage employee leaves in the Workday profile and with our 3rd party vendor
  • Responsible for employee records and filing

  • Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal German and English
  • Experience with Human Recourse Process and Practices
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service

 

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • 1+ years’ Experience in Human Resources and knowledge of Human Resource concepts
  • Experience in working with Human Resource systems
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have attentive listening skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to problem solving and analyze data
  • Ability to accurately identify needs, investigate options and partner with Human Resource to roll out business solutions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 72,975 to PLN 121,625 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
