职位概述 Position Overview

经理，财务将作为财务支持团队负责人之一，为上海迪士尼度假区多个业务条线提供财务支持与项目分析。

主要职责

财务分析与支持

• 带领团队进行度假区业务的预算编制，财务控制和汇报
• 为月度滚动预测，全年预算编制等流程提供财务数据整合与战略性分析的支持
• 为公司项目及决策提供财务建模和商业分析
• 确保在期限内高质量地完成各种财务数据分析
• 与内部各部门保持良好的关系及顺畅沟通, 有效地监管支出不超出预算范围
• 积极寻求解决方案以满足内外部各种需求

领导力

• 进行项目管理及团队管理
• 指导、发展并帮助团队达成部门目标

资格要求

• 8年以上财务/商业分析或战略计划相关领域工作及团队管理经验
• 本科或硕士，会计/金融/财务相关专业
• 熟练掌握量性分析，判断思维和财务建模
• 诚信正直，责任感突出
• 能够适应快节奏、在压力下对多项工作进行优先级管理，并在截至日期前完成多项任务
• 积极主动，充满自信
• 较强的沟通能力和说服能力
• 较强的合作精神，注重细节
• 流利的英语，包括听说读写

Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity, and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, two themed hotels – Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment venue, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China. Position Overview

The Manager, Finance will work as team leader supporting the Shanghai Disney Resort by performing business partnering and analysis for multiple Lines of Business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead team to support LoBs’ forecast, budget, control and monthly report
• Perform financial data and analysis for monthly rolling forecast, annual operations plan and other strategic forecast support
• Lead financial modelling and business analysis for projects and initiatives
• Ensure quality of various financial analyses and reporting within deadlines
• Maintain good relationships and communications among internal stakeholders to have effective cost control
• Proactively resolve problems, handling external and internal inquiries

Leadership

• Responsible for project and team management
• Coach, develop and help the team to achieve department objectives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional work and team management experience in financial/business analysis, strategic planning related functions
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, critical thinking and financial modeling
• High integrity and commitment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities to completion within deadlines
• Highly motivated, self-starter, confident
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Demonstrated strong partnering skills and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal English Language skills
• Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint skills

Desired Qualifications

• Previous multinational company experience
• Previous Treasury knowledge
