What you will need:

• Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of two years of previous nursing experience
  • Knowledge of computer (hardware and software) and demonstrated experience in the use of these database(s)

• Required License and/or Certification:
  • Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse licensure
  •  Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross

General Summary:

The Clinical Obstetrics Services Data Registrar provides support to obstetric services through data entry, data retrieval and data analysis of clinical information.  In doing so, ensures that work is accomplished in accordance with established data base standards. Uses multiple data systems for data retrieval. Supports clinical process improvement teams with data collection, audits and analysis.
