We are looking for a Senior Localisation Engineer who can join our efforts in continuing to lead the industry in Warsaw, Poland.

 

AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: 

 

• Innovate localisation strategy, improving and optimizing processes.
• Manage TMS used in conjunction with connected tools such as Snowflake, GitHub, and AEM.
• Use visual analytics tools for the reporting output
• Build, design and execute technical reference localisation regularly and as requested
• Lead and manage the tech localisation projects and the team
• Promote a strong collaboration with the Snowflake tech teams and propose the best practice in localisation
• Lead the linguistic issue management in JIRA
• Manage vendors including budget and translation quality
• Be excellent and think big in building the solution-based approach to offer the best localisation at Snowflake

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH: 

 

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Localisation, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software development working with one or more of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, C, C++, Go.
• Experience leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

People management skills, experienced in mentoring and coaching team members
