ACCIONA is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of one of Australia’s most ambitious renewable energy infrastructure projects. This role is integral to our mission of accelerating the transition to clean energy, overseeing critical enabling works across a complex and expansive site.

About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead the delivery of multidisciplinary construction packages that support the broader renewable energy development. These include access roads, compounds, logistics corridors, and shared-use infrastructure—all essential to enabling the successful deployment of wind, solar, and BESS assets.

You’ll work closely with internal delivery teams, contractors, and functional leads to ensure seamless coordination, timely execution, and adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of enabling and project-wide works that underpin renewable energy generation. storage and transmission infrastructure.
• Coordinate with other major work packages (e.g., transmission lines, substations) to ensure integrated and efficient program delivery.
• Manage contractors and direct delivery teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and sustainability goals.
• Drive project reporting, forecasting, and governance in alignment with internal and client expectations.
• Establish and maintain robust project controls, including cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks across diverse site conditions and geographically dispersed delivery zones.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and legislative requirements, supporting ACCIONA’s commitment to sustainable development.
