This position supports the Forida Chief of Staff team and assigned institutes. This caregiver will spend ~25% of their time on COS work and ~75% of their time on institute work (e.g. HVTI). In this role, you will plan, develop, and maintain educational and onboarding procedures for clinical learners. You will also work scheduling multiple learner types and working directly with multiple educational institutions within and outside of the organization. The Program Manager must live in Florida and be able to attend in-person meetings.  

 

A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8:00am—5:00pm. This position may ask you to travel to Cleveland Clinic Florida site, including Weston, Martin, and Indian River. 

 
A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements. 

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Three years of experience in systems training and project management 

  • Experience in data analysis within health care settings 

  • OR Master's Degree may substitute for one year experience 

  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities 

  • Experience with leading large projects, working with confidential information, and working on clinical management team
