Job Description:

Established and productive individual contributor in a scientific/technology field. Fulfills duties related to the needs of the organization's Medical Affairs clients, from partnering with clients and offering innovative solutions through collaborating with internal teams to create effective strategies during project delivery. Provides evidence-based information on scientific and clinical requirements for new Medical Affairs products and features and takes on key administrative tasks for the department. Follows established safety, privacy, and confidentiality protocol.
Develops data insights on scientific developments, products, and services and determines impact within the medical science community.
Monitors medical research trends and data through dashboards and documents noteworthy changes to apply to current projects.
Assists with developing products to best coordinate, leverage, and reflect the efforts of the Medical Affairs teams. Assists in the management of evidence gathered from clinical trials through compliant communications with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Applies in-depth knowledge to ascertain the medical accuracy and fair balance of medical information in promotional material and learning materials for both internal and external use.
Serves as medical reviewer on commercial and medical product review committees.
Partners with commercial and clinical development to support product strategy based on external and internal input.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
