We're looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager to own the outcomes for a key product or initiative within our Digital team. In this role, you’ll drive the full product lifecycle, connecting deep customer insights to our broader company strategy, and defining the path to market success. WEX is looking to simplify and reimagine experiences, starting from the customer perspective. As a strategic Individual Contributor, you will be the central orchestrator of our Channel Partner Roadmap, tracking and aligning initiatives across a massive product organization to support our indirect go-to-market channels. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal product teams and our global partner ecosystem, building high-impact relationships and ensuring our product strategy empowers partner success. This role is pivotal in creating process consistency across the org, ensuring that executive communications and product updates are delivered with a unified voice. By managing the flow of information and roadmap transparency, you will directly influence how our partners sell and support our solutions. You’ll provide transparency and contractual product obligations are met. Periodic onsite travel is required to engage with key partners and maintain a frontline understanding of the channel landscape.
Experience you’ll bring:
Strategic Roadmap Synthesis: Advanced ability to track, aggregate, and synthesize hundreds of disparate product initiatives into a cohesive, high-level Direct Business roadmap that aligns with long-term corporate goals.
Executive Presence & Communication: Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate technical product complexities into "business-speak" for C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Mastery in building and sustaining trust-based relationships across a global product org, ensuring buy-in from internal teams while acting as a credible, reliable partner to the Partnership arm.
Operational Process Design: Deep knowledge of product management lifecycles and the ability to design, implement, and enforce standardized processes that ensure consistency in reporting and planning across multiple departments.
Organizational Agility: The ability to navigate a large, complex matrix organization with minimal supervision, using high emotional intelligence (EQ) and influence to drive alignment without having direct authority over the product teams.
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience, with specific experience managing outcomes for a single initiative or product area.
Proven experience defining and leveraging product metrics to understand performance and define work to deliver on OKRs.
Industry experience: Consumer Directed Health, Healthcare Fintech, Benefits Administration, Payments, Healthcare Insurance Provider, Fintech
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree.
Experience presenting effectively to high-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience with product roadmapping and go-to-market planning.
