Job Description

Compiles and analyzes technical business system requirements for new system projects or modifications to existing business systems. Performs feasibility and needs analysis, via best-in-class benchmarking, as well as alternative solutions. Serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures. Develops high level implementation plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of ERP transformation initiatives, from project initiation and planning to successful deployment and ongoing support.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Manages program budget, resources, and risks across multiple projects.

  • Oversee communication and stakeholder engagement for the entire ERP program.

  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including analysts, developers, and system administrators.

  • Lead the integration of the core ERP system with multiple downstream applications and systems (e.g., Salesforce, WMS).

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to understand their needs and ensure successful system adoption.

  • Conduct gap analysis to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and quality.

  • Lead system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

  •  Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on the new ERP system.

  • Monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ERP trends and technologies, and recommend system enhancements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and consultants involved in the ERP project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 10-15 years of experience.

  • Proven experience with a leading ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) including in-depth knowledge of core functionality and configuration options.

  • Strong understanding of system integration principles and practices.

  • Experience in managing and coordinating multiple teams with diverse skillsets.

  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure effectively.
