Position Responsibilities:
Support daily operations, ensuring satisfactory services to advisors within agreed turnaround time
Underwrite large amount and complex application and review suggest cases
Ensure underwriting standards as per Audit Guidelines while meeting pricing assumptions of mortality and morbidity
Streamline and enhance workflow and processes to ensure operational efficiency
Participate in product development and lead implementation from Underwriting when required
Required Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent business qualifications
LOMA qualification preferred
1-2 years of underwriting experience
Excellent underwriting competency
Excellent leadership and team building skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills, with innovation and a customer-care focus
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
