About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a defined portfolio of SC Johnson Professional distributor buying accounts in our prioritised segments. The purpose of this role is to grow sales and profit of the defined portfolio by leveraging our prioritised product categories to full effect by leveraging the relationship between our distribution partners and their customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver year on year growth in the assigned territory in line with budgeted expectations
  • Ensure journey plans are in place to maximize end user engagement
  • Develop, manage, and coordinate all allocated distributor accounts by achieving an in-depth knowledge and understanding their respective market sectors
  • Actively manage a marketing program with a portfolio that is fully costed and has clear return on investment KPIs, attending Exhibitions and Trade shows as requested
