Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Cloud Network Operations
Good to have skills : Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Microsoft Azure IaaS
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that configured services operate smoothly across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, implementing technology solutions, and providing support for server and network areas, all while adhering to defined operating models and processes. Your role will require both remote and onsite support, ensuring that all systems function optimally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
The Cloud Network SME experienced in single or multi-cloud network in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting the cloud network especially Microsoft Azure.
10-12 years of relevant experience in networking domain in design, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, management of on-Prem and Cloud IAAS including routing , Azure networking, Network security, load balancer and various network monitoring tools.
Should be able to play the SME/L3 role to resolve complex network issues
Experienced in designing the firewall s highly available architecture, especially Palo Alto.
Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available Azure network architectures.
Lead end-to-end cloud network design projects, including virtual networks (VNets), subnets, NSGs, UDRs, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, ExpressRoute, and VPNs.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to network and cloud engineers.
Participate in cloud assessments, cost optimization, and capacity planning.

Technical Experience
Experienced in Azure public cloud network technologies like VPN, Azure Express route, VNETs, NSGs
Strong knowledge of network security technologies like - Palo Alto, F5 LBs, LTMs
Experienced in designing the firewall s highly available architecture, especially Palo Alto, implementation & troubleshooting exposure.
Strong BGP Routing and switching, VPN Technologies skills with very strong hold of - Arista 7k, Cisco 9k, ASRs and CSRs.
Expert in IPsec VPN, Global Protect VPN.
Strong knowledge of Aviatrix deployment and design best practices in single or multi-cloud environments.
Good to have DevOps skill sets.

Education Qualification:
Btech or Equivalent
