Description -

Transformation is a core element of the HP strategy and requires considerable engagement with all levels of the organization to drive multiple complexes, and cross-organizational projects in parallel.

This role is for a Master Level Program Manager that will be accountable for identifying and actively managing portfolio of WSS Customer Support and Service Delivery complex, cross-organizational initiatives to


1) Define and enable support differentiation between our Print segments, aligned with our GBU/CO needs  to enable focus and growth
2)  Become a more digital company so we can improve our tools and processes while creating new customer experiences.

3)  Drive operational efficiencies and remove unnecessary costs, helping us to manage through down markets while increasing investment in our innovation and growth engines.

She/he will contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas and successfully operate in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with executives and CS senior management , strategist to identify Transformation proposals.
  • Contribute to building an executive management frame to report the scope and contribution of the Transformation program.
  • Evaluate the impact, feasibility, risks, timelines, and required investments for the different initiatives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to drive awareness and generate support for the initiative through consistent communications on the benefits to the company, the organization, and the employees.
  • Ensure program delivery is aligned with standards, Digital (D&TO) strategy, and program value delivery objectives.
  • Facilitate technical and functional subject matter experts for problem resolution within workstreams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive levels of the organization.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and project management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 10+ years professional experience in operations, customer support,  product marketing or Business Management.
  • Engineering degree combined with Master's (MBA preferred) degree or equivalent experiences
  • Ability to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing program, portfolios, or product management across multiple functions to deliver the outcomes specified in the original business case.
  • Solid understanding of Customer support ecosystem 
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Strong networker : Develop relationships with key actual/new business partners . Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural leadership skills. 
  • Strategic thinking :  Demonstrated experience in driving complex business analyses and transformation
  • Savvy negotiator and able to move roadblocks. 
  • Excellent presentation skills :  Highly developed negotiation/ influencing skills at all level from domain experts to senior management
  • Able to deal with ambiguity in a complex/global environment
  • PMP, PgMP Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications is a plus
  • Process improvement experience is a plus.
