About the Role

We need an equally passionate Salesforce Delivery Manager with experience managing teams working on Salesforce Experience (Communities) cloud, who shares the same desire to create astonishing customer experiences and loves working in a collaborative Agile environment. What you will be working on?

You will join our team of innovative leaders with diverse skills driving a journey to delight our customers. 

As manager of Salesforce developers, you are empowered to work alongside our business partners and creative development teams with a mission to deliver extraordinary features that enable customer experiences that delight customers and drive growth for the Bose eCommerce business.

You will bring these skills and experience to make our team a center of excellence:

  • Lead, develop and attract a team of hard-working Salesforce engineers, supporting their personal growth and challenges on assignments
  • Lead in the development and implementation of new Salesforce-based solutions
  • Develop and implement the competence strategy for Salesforce engineers within your team, meeting with chapter members to discuss and drive excellence in areas such as standard methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Use your solid understanding of Experience (Communities) Cloud
  • Lead capacity planning, ensuring short and long-term competence and capacity of the Salesforce software engineers
  • Secure external input and best practice sharing in the community
  • Be involved in day-to-day working in delivery and product teams or contributing to an assignment
  • Ensure architectural standards and long-term platform strategies are balanced with near business demands
  • Ensure that Bose’s development, data protection, architectural, regulatory, and internal control standards are adhered to
  • Support agile ways of working

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Experience (Communities) Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability leading teams in an Agile environment
  • Proven track record to drive the narrative regarding solution design, best practices, emerging trends, and standard methodology
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to find solutions
  • Proven success in developing, deploying and driving adoption of applications and processes on Salesforce platform
  • Keen understanding of how Salesforce fits into the larger technology landscape
  • Confident and highly communicative, with excellent business insight and a willingness to challenge others or propose changes
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and identify and foster business development opportunities
  • Solid understanding of enterprise solution architecture
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments, with minimal disruption
  • Analytical – be able to successfully manage technically and organizationally complex environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both customers, consultants and engineers
  • Knowledge/experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
