We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Agent Supervisor to grow our organization. In this role, you'll supervise a team of sales professionals in their day to day activities. The supervisor must be well versed in all retail processes and procedures.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist Field Manager with the training and supervision of retail sales employees.
  • Maintains attendance records for retail sales employees including completing bi-weekly schedules.
  • Monitors the accuracy, quality, and completeness of the work performed by employees supervised.
  • Visits retail stores to ensure Company standards are being met by team and addressing any concerns with Field Manager.
  • Coaches teams to achieve timely service, accuracy, efficiency and sales goals.
  • May resolve difficult service problems concerning underwriting, billing, voids, etc.
  • Act as a Sales Agent including producing quotes, executing our sales process to convert quotes to policies, promoting ancillary products and up-sell, and processing payments.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years prior Sales experience and/or training.
  • Property & Casualty License required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required. 
  • Ability to travel locally between multiple locations within a territory up to 50% of the time. 
  • Proficient computer skills with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, underwriting and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Self motivated and self-directed.
  • This is an in-office job
