Our team ensures the safety and continuity of Walmart’s global operations by proactively managing risks and responding to crises. We partner across the enterprise to deliver innovative security programs, disaster recovery strategies, and risk assessments. This role is pivotal in protecting our associates, customers, and facilities while enabling business resilience and operational excellence.

What you'll do...

• Lead crisis event response and resolution, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.
• Conduct data-driven security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop and execute security plans for corporate events. 
• Drive enterprise-wide security projects and influence leadership on protective strategies.
• Foster continuous improvement through post-event analysis and process enhancements.

What you’ll bring

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating risks, vulnerabilities, and business impacts.
• Expertise in global security standards, compliance, and governance frameworks.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
