As our first Recruiter on-location in London, you’ll be responsible for GTM and G&A hiring across our EMEA roles with a specific focus on our London based roles. You’ll directly own all stakeholder relationships, play a key role in representing and developing our talent brand in London, and help grow our EMEA teams. This is a hybrid role that will require 3 days in-person in our London office.

What you’ll do as a Recruiter, GTM & G&A - EMEA at Vanta:

  • Own hiring across GTM and G&A functions for our EMEA locations - source and close top talent across a variety of roles including Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and People

  • Directly manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers

  • Create and iterate on interview processes to ensure we are fairly and accurately assessing candidates throughout their interview experience

  • Be the subject-matter-expert for London hiring within the broader People team

  • Help build the Vanta talent brand in the London market

How to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM related roles in EMEA

  • Strong track record of hiring across high volume roles in EMEA market, specifically in the United Kingdom

  • Ability to influence and drive developing roles from scratch

  • Strong business acumen across a variety of tech industries and companies in EMEA

  • Diligent about tracking and digging into pipeline data to inform your recruiting strategies
