Our Newest Opportunity:
The OneDigital Southeast Region seeks a results-driven Regional Marketing Director for Financial Services. This individual will focus on deploying OneDigital’s brand, solutions, and assets within the region to support the growth, expansion, and loyalty of OneDigital’s client base. The Regional Marketing Director is a growth champion who actively supports the regional financial services team in achieving revenue and retention goals in retirement and wealth management practices. This role involves collaboration with market-specific marketing managers, specialists, and sales and market leaders to ensure the region's dynamic sales growth and industry-leading client retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with key financial services leaders throughout the Southeast region to understand practice goals and KPIs; responsible for developing marketing plans and tracking the performance of these activities for success and return on investment
- Work with a wide array of financial services leaders, financial advisors, and subject matter experts to assess needs and develop strategies/campaigns that promote retention and growth of the financial services practice with an emphasis on scalable client acquisition strategies and enablement materials to support producers in the sales process
- Works closely with individual producers to support prospect meetings by developing compelling, differentiated positioning of OneDigital services
- Design and execute our regional workplace-to-wealth go-to-market strategy in partnership with wealth and retirement leadership
- Support the creation of formalized connectivity between communications, wellbeing, and financial planning services to introduce a more holistic approach to participant engagement and consequently develop a marketing pipeline between corporate solutions and individual financial advice
- Develop and manage a strategic communication plan focused on employee education, communications, and wellbeing that drives value for customers and their employees based on industry best practices and principles of financial psychology
- Establish metrics for reporting on activities, programs, and campaigns to measure success/return on investment (ROI)
- Work with other regional marketing team members to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation for OneDigital's financial services offerings.
- Design tactics focused on engaging individuals, including brand building and demand generation activities, while understanding and implementing compliance guidelines and scalable procedures.
- Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives to position our firm as a trusted retirement and wealth management advisor.
- Work closely with the national financial services marketing team to develop relevant content to promote education, communications, and wellbeing/financial planning/wealth management initiatives to be deployed in the southeast region
- Develop a method to track retirement plan committee members, including deploying drip campaigns to keep OneDigital top of mind
- Responsible for the oversight of the Southeast financial services RFP strategy and content library; collaborate with the marketing enablement team to ensure content is kept up to date in the RFP platform
- Support the assimilation of new Southeast wealth and retirement offices into the OneDigital brand

Education, Training, and Experience:
- 10+ years of marketing experience in financial services, wealth management, investment management, or custodial space
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to write, design, and deliver content through campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with many of the following: social ( LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, FB, etc.), digital, (Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, Google Analytics), design (Canva, InDesign, PowerPoint), as well as one or more organizational platforms and Microsoft Office.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
