The IT Project Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing corporate lending systems.
  • Improve process efficiencies in support of unit objectives and recommend new work procedures
  • Ensures resource gaps are addressed as a priority to avoid business service disruption
  • Support quality and control function, including performing risk assessments/tests and evaluating process procedure changes
  • Work as a team to achieve objectives and solve problems based on analysis of information
  • Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedent
  • Facilitate comunication between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.
  • Negotiate solutions and trade-offs among various stakeholders.
  • Apply business analysis techniques to identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse project portfolio
  • Experience in managing projects using agile metodhologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like a Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Intermediate English (speeaking and writting).
  • Previous experience with corporate loans products.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
