Main Responsibilities 

“A Day in the Life” 

医療用大型機器の設置・保守点検・修理サービス 

顧客への設置前確認・設置・定期点検・修理・ソフトウェアアップグレード・技術問合せ対応業務の提供 

新規市場導入に関わるサービス準備サポート 

サービス業務管理（設置情報管理、苦情情報管理、保守パーツ管理、測定器管理、等） 

営業デモ・顧客トレーニングサポートおよびデモ機メンテナンス 

関連部門との業務連携 

保守サービス契約販売推進 

海外製造元とのコミュニケーション、海外トレーニングへの参加 

法規制遵守（薬機法、関連法規、修理業、QMS関連） 

Must Haves  

Knowledge/Education 

大学卒業以上 （工学・理学部であること） 

TOEIC 600点以上（英語でのコミュニケーションに不自由のないこと） 

Job Experience 

医療業界におけるField Service Engineer業務経験が3年以上 

Skills/Competency Required 

医療機器の保守点検・修理業務理解 

薬機法、関連法規等に関する基本的な理解 

英文マニュアル読解力 

プロジェクトマネジメント能力 

海外カウンターパートとの業務遂行経験 

的確なコミュニケーション能力（日本語・英語） 

Computer Skills 

PowerPoint/Word/Excel 

Physical Requirements 

宿泊を伴う国内海外出張が可能なこと 

規模拡張に応じた国内勤務地変更にも柔軟に対応可能であること
