We are looking for Trainees who are willing to gain marketing experience in a global pharma company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Marketing Department by working on different projects in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager and following up on actions.
• To contribute as an active member of the Regional Specialty Team across different countries.
• Perform tracking with brand managers in the markets for the activities and report back the status to the regional team (Markets in scope are Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Turkey, KSA, Gulf, Colombia, Malaysia, India, and Chile).
• Follow up on the Content Lab copy-approval process for the regional materials in coordination with the regional team, propose content solutions, and communicate the materials with the local teams.
• Play an active role in communication with 3rd party vendors, including creative agencies.
• Perform data analysis & contribute to the creation of performance presentations.
• Conducted ad hoc analysis based on business needs and contributed to the creation of monthly reports and presentations.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Currently a 4th-year undergraduate or MSc student from management, pharmacy, biology, engineering, or a related field
• Able to work a minimum 3 days per week(5 days during the summer period)
• High proficiency in the use of technology, including MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Structured and communicate effectively across different markets
• Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and cross-country team environment
• A proactive and agile learner with a solution-based mindset
