A Dow tem uma oportunidade para atuar como Operador(a) Junior em nossa planta em Aratu – BA (BRA).

O interessado na vaga de operador(a) júnior será responsável por operar equipamentos e áreas designadas da Fábrica, acompanhar e analisar as variáveis de processo, realizar liberações de equipamentos para manutenção e executar procedimentos operacionais. 

Responsabilidades: 

• Sua principal responsabilidade é a operação da fábrica de forma segura, confiável e dentro dos padrões de qualidade e processo utilizando do seu conhecimento e experiência em operações. 

• Trabalha com os membros da equipe de turno para antecipar e resolver com eficiência eventos não planejados dentro das capacidades da equipe de turno e escalar efetivamente problemas que não podem ser resolvidos para as funções de suporte apropriadas.  

• Requer habilidades técnicas ampliadas em métodos analíticos/científicos ou processos operacionais para executar uma gama definida de atividades. 

•  Segue as políticas, princípios, procedimentos, padrões e práticas da Disciplina Operacional para garantir a operação segura, confiável e eficiente das áreas designadas da fábrica. Garante que a disciplina operacional adequada esteja disponível para todas as atividades planejadas e não planejadas.  

• Opera e verifica equipamentos de processo em campo. Monitora as condições do processo, as principais métricas de desempenho, equipamentos e sistemas de controle e toma as decisões apropriadas para manter e/ou atingir as taxas e condições desejadas alinhadas com os objetivos da planta/local/negócios.  

• Executa tarefas operacionais.

• Trabalha com membros da equipe de turnos e outras equipes de turnos para alavancar habilidades e conhecimentos para equilibrar a carga de trabalho, garantindo que as tarefas atribuídas sejam concluídas nas datas de vencimento.  

• Conduz trocas de turno eficaz, conforme definido na disciplina e ferramentas operacionais, para garantir comunicação eficaz para a equipe de turno que chega.  

• Mantém a qualificação nas áreas designadas, de acordo com a política da instalação, e conclui as metas de treinamento em tempo hábil.  

• Executa atividades de Resposta Imediata, conforme atribuído.  

• Participa da brigada de emergência do Site. 

• Realiza análises de produto/processo no laboratório.

Qualificações: 

• Formação técnica em química, mecânica, elétrica, instrumentação, eletrotécnica, ou operação de processos químicos.

• Conhecimento de Informática.

• Habilidade para o trabalho em equipe; iniciativa, proatividade e relacionamento interpessoal; interesse em aprendizado contínuo.  

• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos de revezamento.

• Residir na região de Salvador ou Lauro de Freitas.
