SANTANDER is looking for a FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS GROUP ANALYST III based out of CORPORATIVO SANTA FE, CDMX.
We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
Close collaboration with Client Coverage teams (local/global), Product (Transactional Banking, Markets, Investment Banking), Risks, Legal to develop opportunistic integral solutions for FIG clients (Banks, Broker Dealers, Insurers, Pension Funds, Mutual Funds, Fintechs and/or other Financial Institutions) on a broad scope of assignments across multiple geographies and products/services
Support in providing coverage to clients’ portfolio, constant clients/prospects monitoring, proposals analysis, follow up in Client Onboarding, KYCs updates
Elaboration of presentations, risks applications, pitches, term sheets and support in origination, structuring, analysis, authorization and execution processes for transactions
Capacity to manage conversations with Risks, Product and Support teams, in order to maintain smooth dialogues at all levels
Assist Senior Bankers in the development and continous cultivation of relationships with clients/prospects and in meetings with them as well

Professional Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Financial Markets, or Structured Finance, as well as in corporate client relationship management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, or a related field – completed (degree obtained).
Languages
Fluent in Spanish and professional level of English (constant interaction with diverse geographies at a global level)
Skills
Strong problem solving, quantitative/analytical, data management and research skills
Multi-tasking and attention to detail
Commercial and entrepreneurial spirit, desire for high-performance work environments, strategic/creative thinking
Team player, skills for cross-functional and matrixed teams
Distinguished communication skills and capacity to prepare high impact materials for internal/external meetings
