About the role 🚀
Daily presence required onsite at the warehouse (daytime work)
We are hiring our first employee in Germany to oversee Bigblue’s German warehouse operations, including KPI management and fostering strong relationships with our 3PL partners. This role is essential to maintaining top-tier service quality and responsiveness to our customers.
Drive KPIs for a Top-Notch Merchant Experience
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and strict SLAs
- Deliver performance reports and corrective action plans as needed
Enhance Processes and Systems
- Identify systemic issues and propose improvements
- Recommend and implement strategies to boost efficiency
- Capture best practices to refine SOPs
- Oversee warehouse transformation initiatives, such as mechanization projects
Serve as Bigblue’s Onsite Operations Manager
- Act as the escalation point for internal and external stakeholders
- Cultivate strong relationships with warehouse stakeholders
- Provide operational insights to Growth and Customer Success teams
- Lead warehouse tours for prospects and existing customers
- Track and analyze costs, recommending ways to reduce expenses
