Must have Skills : Retail Store Operations, SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: Retail Consumer Experience Strategy NON SSI : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a: SME working across multiple POS Applicable for Oracle XSTORE, NCR, Epicor, Enactor and others b: Retail domain knowledge POS - Point-of-Sales / Digital transformation experience preferred Liaising with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business / system / product requirements needed by Technology teams to deliver projects Identify gaps in requirements and follow up with stakeholders to resolve gaps, communicate requirements clearly using a variety of format Technical Experience : a: Must have min 5 years hands-on experience in Store Operations and POS b: Should have experience in supporting the business areas with technology needs, education, and provides daily operational production/support c: Should have sound technical knowledge in the skills mentioned and should have experience working with business users on process changes and analyze the implications of the changes on systems applications They should have experience in maintaining user documentation Professional Attributes : The POS Business Analyst is a technical subject matter expert SME who supports the business areas with technology needs, education, and provides daily operational production/support The POS Business Analyst will provide technical subject matter expertise within this highly configurable environmenThe Educational Qualification: MBA/BE Additional Info : a: Should know how to execute the test plans along with the UAT testing and also assist the business
