Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering information from various public sources and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of collected documents. This entails leveraging both internal and external public sources, including government and regulatory documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, and analyst reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Collection:

  • Conduct research and gather documents from a variety of public sources, such as government websites, databases, and other relevant platforms including company websites.
  • Maintain a systematic approach to document collection and ensure completeness.
  • Document collection for all Public Companies, Private Companies with Public Debt, and Private companies globally.

Document Validation & Classification

  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for document validation, ensuring the accurate classification and metadata update to define the document type and content.
  • Categorize and classify documents based on predefined policies and procedures
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of document types and apply consistent classification standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and update document classification methods.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement through process enhancement initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and elevate overall operational performance in alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and address any inconsistencies in the collected data.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure a high standard of accuracy in document validation and classification processes.


Qualifications:

  • Education – B.Com. / BBA/ Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M. Com. / MBA
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using search engines, databases, and other online tools for research.
  • Basic understanding of data validation and classification processes.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python is an asset.
  • Adaptable to rotating shifts.
