We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Finance Analyst to join the Lodging & MeSo Commercial Finance Team. In this role you will work closely with the Media Solutions and Strategy teams and be a key partner to stakeholders driving commercial initiatives.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter with prior experience in enabling solid business decisions through financial insights, meaningful analysis and reporting as well as business partnering with non-finance stakeholders. You will also maintain and evolve financial business models to help visualize key P&L impacts and support decision making process.

What you’ll do: 

• Provide analytical support on strategic projects allowing to grow adoption of our Lodging supply and Media Solutions products
• Participate in a variety of strategic projects
• Distil complex financial data into impactful and actionable commercial insights
• Proactively partner with business stakeholders to better understand Risks & Opportunities
• Analyze business trends and investigate variances versus expectations
• Develop financial business cases to support investment decisions
• Contribute to the broader team & cross functional deliverables

Who you are:

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science) or equivalent related professional experience
• 2/3+ years of relevant experience
• High level of intellectual curiosity that drives sense of ownership and desire for continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Results driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think big and small
• Well organized, very independent and detail oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects within challenging timelines
• Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences to drive better decision-making
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Highly proficient with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willing to learn Tableau, Python
