As Order to Cash Operations Associate you will be responsible for:
building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients business partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely cash collection;
managing collections related activities based on fiscal calendar requirements;
timely escalation of most delicate matters to necessary stakeholders;
managing complaints and validating disputes related to issued invoices;
order management based on customer's payment behavior;
reporting on the status of accounts and progress made.
Manage collections on a dedicated portfolio, including proactively applying payments, credits, and reconciling accounts.
Thrive on continuous advancement by conducting credit checks, evaluating credit risk, and assessing customer behavior.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and drive ongoing improvement in debt issues and collections processes.
Prepare reports and financial documents, ensuring a forward-thinking, growth-driven approach in managing order releases and account setups.
Committed to constant progress, ensuring data privacy compliance, maintaining account history, and engaging in client interactions.

Fluent English (min B2).
Experience in a Cash Collection role or Customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work analytically and independently in a problem-solving environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in Microsoft Office
Willingness to work in a hybrid mode from Warsaw office.
Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
