Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Delivery Expert to join our team in Warsaw.

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid model – 3 days/week in the office).

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the collaboration on artwork development/adaptation with various teams, including external prepress agencies, internal Product Supply artwork teams, design, internal studios, and external design agencies. You will play a crucial role in executing design intent, doing simple adaptations, and print quality across packaging for regional and global initiatives. Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Qualifications

- Previous work Experience (preferably in packaging),

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, from design concept through design production.

- In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, fit-for-use requirements, print process capabilities, inks, substrates & finishes.

- Strong project and time management skills, with experience leading multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously.

- Software fluency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). plus Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, Project etc.). Plus capable in Graphic Lifecycle systems, for routing, approvals, markups, review and quality control.

- Strong business communication planning and execution skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
