ACCIONA – CMS JV' is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our growing team in Floridablanca Pampanga, Central Luzon. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the overall health and wellbeing of our employees, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

• Provides basic first aid, evaluates an employee’s health, and provides initial diagnosis on medical conditions.
• Stores, administers, and monitor first aid treatments on injuries, accidents, and other health related illness
• Maintain employee health records and appraises the safety and health hazards in the work environment.
• Conducts thorough physical examinations on an employee in order to establish preexisting medical conditions or determine physical ailments acquired in the workplace
• Inspects the work area and equipment used by personnel for safety compliance
• Generates detailed reports on safety conditions, educates employees on preventative measures against occupational hazards, promotes healthy living and working conditions.
• Ensures effective and efficient implementation of company health and safety rules and regulation, quality policies, system, and procedures.
• Does a walkthrough/audit at project site, offices, barracks of workers
• Monitor project manpower
• Assists the emergency response of the project site

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
• Candidate must possess Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing
• Preferably with BOSH/COSH or OHNAP Certificate and Updated in First Aid Training Course
• Experienced Onsite Nurse in a construction.
• Willing to be assigned in Basa Air Base Floridablanca, Pampanga
• Open for a project-based employment
