In Maersk Project Logistics, this role focuses on technical solutioning, tender leadership, and driving commercially competitive project outcomes.

We offer

Within Maersk Project Logistics (MPL), our teams blend traditional freight forwarding and multimodal transport capabilities with highly specialised expertise in complex project planning, transport engineering, procurement, and Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) compliance.

Our specialists excel in:

  • Project transport solution design
  • Special cargo movement and engineering
  • Specialized asset management
  • Comprehensive project management — including planning, orchestration, sequencing, and execution of end-to-end shipments to often remote or challenging destinations

By leveraging Maersk’s strong brand, global network, and end-to-end control across products, we deliver resilient and reliable project logistics outcomes that provide our customers with a clear competitive advantage.

  • Oversee bid timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Manage multiple concurrent bids with strong planning, prioritisation, and attention to detail.

Innovation & Competitiveness

  • Identify innovative, cost‑effective solutions to strengthen proposal competitiveness.
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence and pricing data to shape bid strategies and value propositions.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Growth Enablement, Procurement, QHSE, and Operations across local and global MPL networks.
  • Engage regional counterparts to share best practices, lessons learned, and drive alignment on global standards.

Performance Review & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to post-bid reviews, analysing win/loss drivers and recommending improvements.
  • Update and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities for accurate reporting of bid-related activities.

We’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ technical experience in Project Logistics, including solution design, pricing strategy, and end-to-end tender management across all transport modes (ocean, land, air, and barge).
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain profitability levers, with the ability to design commercially viable and operationally sound solutions.
