Job Summary:

The Account Manager for Greece and Cyprus is a pivotal role responsible for working directly with end customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor, and driving business growth in a highly competitive environment. This remote role from Israel requires deep expertise in managing enterprise accounts and navigating long sales cycles, with a focus on delivering tailored Red Hat solutions to meet customer needs.
 

This role plays a key part in helping Red Hat grow its presence in Greece and Cyprus, navigating complex sales cycles, fostering customer and partner success, and driving long-term business growth.


What you will do:

  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a strategic advisor to end customers, understanding their business challenges and providing expert guidance on Red Hat products and solutions.

  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving account growth and retention.

  • Solution Selling: Identify and develop new business opportunities by aligning Red Hat solutions to customer needs, with a focus on overcoming challenges typical in long sales cycles.

  • Partner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with channel partners to extend Red Hat’s market reach, ensuring effective joint sales efforts and mutual success.

  • Competitive Environment: Thrive in a highly competitive market by staying ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, positioning Red Hat as a preferred solution provider.

  • Enterprise Experience: Leverage past experience working with enterprise customers to manage complex sales engagements, delivering value to large-scale organizations across multiple industries.

  • Strategic Account Management: Manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts, focusing on both expanding existing relationships and identifying new prospects in Greece and Cyprus.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., technical, product, and support) and external partners to ensure Red Hat’s offerings are well-aligned with customer requirements and market needs.
     

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in enterprise account management, particularly with long sales cycles and solution-based selling in a competitive environment.

  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor to both customers and partners, providing value-driven solutions.

  • Experience working with channel partners to co-sell and expand market reach.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of Red Hat’s product suite or experience in cloud, open-source, or enterprise software solutions is preferred.

  • Ability to handle confidential customer information in compliance with Red Hat’s policies and applicable privacy laws.
