This position is responsible mainly for preparation and maintaining accounting records, regular monitoring of Budgeting & Forecasting, and Financial Reporting. The role partners closely with Manager- Controlling and Financial Controller, Cost Center owners and cross functional team to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.

Being a Finance team member, supporting the team on month-end Closing, Financial Reporting and year-end Audit.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions in the accounting system
  • Maintain accurate general ledger and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of financial records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Manage and complete the reconciliation of assigned accounts.
  • Assist in budget preparation and tracking
  • Support analysis of actual vs budget and forecast performance.
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure timely submission of high-quality financial data required for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Data submission and analysis are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist assigned financial reporting (external and internal) tasks, mainly related to Regional/ Group reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors
  • Participate in departmental special projects and perform assigned duties with the coordination with Myanmar team as well as regional colleagues.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA – part qualified) is an advantage.
  • 0-3 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit
  • Fresh graduates with strong knowledge of accounting may also apply
