How You'll Make an Impact
Act as a coach and advisor to the supervision team on HSSE management.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSSE regulations.
Maintain and execute HSSE management systems, conduct inspections and audits, and manage corrective actions.
Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and analysis.
Assist with emergency planning and response activities.
Monitor trends in incidents, inspections, audits, and corrective measures.
Develop and implement HSSE programs and procedures.
Promote employee and supervisor awareness and safe behaviors.
Your Background
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of H&S experience; OR associate degree and 4+ years of H&S; OR High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of H&S experience.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HSSE experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and plant-specific software systems.
Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred.
Familiarity with ISO45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
