Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pre/Post Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients before and after surgical procedures. Responsibilities include patient assessment, preparing patients for surgery, monitoring patients post-operation, administering medications, managing IVs, and providing discharge instructions. The ideal candidate excels in patient advocacy, communication and teamwork, ensuring each patient has a safe and comfortable experience. There are on-call requirements with a 30-minute response time.

Minimum Qualifications:

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingOhio Board of NursingOhio Board of Nursing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree (BSN required at 5 years of employment)
  • Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
