About the Role:

We are looking for a People Operations Partner who will join the HR team at Remitly Israel!

As an People Operations Partner at Remitly You will play a pivotal part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our human resources function. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with robust analytical skills and for process optimization.

As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to creating a seamless employee experience while ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data within HR systems, Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders on demand, Ensure data is up-to-date and reflective of performance and organizational changes.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Payroll, Legal, and site managers) to ensure alignment in HR operations.
  • Act as the focal point for Workday-related HR processes, ensuring system integrity and collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for global benefits, collaborating with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) global team to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for management, supporting strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Lead or support HR projects, including global initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations and systems
  • Proficiency in Workday as HR system - Must
  • Experience working in global organizations
  • Data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills

  • Familiarity with global HR practices and benefits
