Norton Rose Fulbright is expanding its Knowledge Management (KM) team and hiring Knowledge Lawyers for each of our Corporate M&A and Disputes practices. The Knowledge Lawyer manages the development of and access to core practice content for practitioners in the assigned area of law and contributes to internal and external firm publications, presentations, and training. These individuals’ partner with the lawyers in their respective practice group to identify attorney knowledge management needs and work to improve the practice groups’ access to substantive resources, appropriate technological solutions, and other workflow tools.
This position reports to the Director of Knowledge & Research Services and collaborates across multiple stakeholders, including other Knowledge Lawyers, Research Services, Innovation, Technology, Talent Development, and Marketing and Business Development to enhance, develop and implement practice group KM with a focus on increasing technology-enabled practice efficiency and optimizing client service delivery. The ideal candidate will have practiced law for 5+ years in mid-to-large law firms.
