The Product Manager will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for products which promote the engagement of patients with their health providers, and in turn assist health providers to achieve maximal results in the fight against cancer. As a member of the product organization, you will help develop and deliver on the planned initiatives for our product offerings which meet our digital engagement and electronic health record needs. Coordination across our Life Science, Research, Community Oncology practices and Regulatory and Compliance stakeholders will be critical to ensure we achieve the necessary outcomes. This work improves engagement with patients, their families, and support systems, ultimately improving patient care, clinical outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Ontada digital engagement products and processes to help define and implement a roadmap that enhance Ontada’s healthcare ecosystem.
  • Manage a roadmap and backlog to support development efforts.
  • Define product release plans, priorities and schedules; align key groups to the digital engagement release plan.
  • Define metrics for product success and provide meaningful progress iteratively toward all goals.
  • Translate consumer needs into new or enhanced product features for Engineering and UX teams.
  • Identify opportunities to grow Ontada digital engagement and capabilities while providing consistent delivery and operations.
  • Manage communications with users to announce product issues, technology changes and release plans.

Minimum Requirements

  • Typically requires 4+ years of healthcare and product management related experience.
  • 2+ working within a product development team through vision, implementation and support of clinical applications with emphasis on EHRs

Additional Skills

  • Excellent understanding of product management lifecycle and processes, including discovery and implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and leadership teams.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to craft go-to-market strategies.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate needs to a product roadmap and vision.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs), patient portals, and interoperability of data.
  • Knowledge of APIs, cloud and how that integrates with the EHR and Product Management landscape.
  • Knowledge of user experience and how to integrate user-driven designs into a product vision.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$90,000 - $150,000
