Job Description:

Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position may include in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing our local operations, blending technical skill with a proactive mindset to ensure our new facility remains cutting-edge and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to industry best practices and Cambria’s high standards of excellence. 

This position is responsible for bagging and packaging grits products within the raw material quartz processing facility. This role involves operating bagging equipment, handling materials, and ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of grits products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate bagging equipment to fill and package grits products according to specifications.

  • Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, and sealing of bags.

  • Inspect packaged products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.

  • Handle materials, including raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies, within the production area.

  • Maintain accurate records of materials handled, products packaged, and inventory levels.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of bagging equipment.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to bagging and material handling.

  • Assist Shift Supervisors in monitoring production processes and ensuring efficient workflow.

  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor.

  • Participate in training and safety meetings as required.

  • Utilize barcode scanning systems to track and manage inventory movement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in packaging and storage processes.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to operate bagging equipment and perform packaging tasks.

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to material handling.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in weighing, labeling, and packaging products.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with production teams and supervisors.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy and timeliness.

  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and use measuring equipment.

  • Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: 1+ years of experience in a packaging or production environment preferred

Physical Requirements: 

  • Lift up to 60 lbs.

  • Push/pull 100 lbs.

  • Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks

  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria 

  • Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises 

  • Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions 

  • Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift 

  • Bend over multiple times throughout shift 

Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: 

  • Steel toed boots

  • Hearing Protection 

  • Safety glasses

  • Cut-proof gloves

  • Respirator

  • Hard hat

  • High visibility vest


Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $20.04. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
