At Frazer-Nash, we help our clients solve complex challenges to create a more sustainable world. We are looking for an Associate Client Director to support a major multi-national company within the UK energy sector.
Working alongside a Client Director, you will help shape, secure, and deliver large, complex consultancy engagements, positioning Frazer-Nash as a trusted strategic and delivery partner. This is a senior, client-facing role with substantial impact on growth, delivery excellence and long-term client relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in a global energy utility, to create a multi-functional network and developing a deep understanding of the client priorities
Oversee, shape and manage complex bids and proposals across energy transition, infrastructure and transformation programmes, and work with a multi-disciplined capability team to support the relevant value propositions
Manage delivery of critical, multi-disciplinary consultancy projects, engaging with the client throughout the process to ensure customer satisfaction
Enhance commercial results by overseeing budgets, risks, and profitability and working with the delivery teams to make sure that expenditure is aligned
Bring market insight on the energy sector, regulatory environments and emerging technologies to the wider Frazer-Nash organisation
About you:
Solid background in sales, showing proficiency in negotiating terms and finalising deals
Extensive consultancy experience in energy, utilities or regulated infrastructure
Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating with large electricity and/or gas utility clients, System Integrators or Business Integrators
Established record in business development, bid leadership and complex delivery
Commercially proficient with highly skilled stakeholder engagement abilities
Effective skills in communicating and delivering presentations
