This is a non-union positionEnbridge Gas Ohio is hiring a Gas Design Project Management Supervisor who will be responsible for providing direct supervision to engineers, schedulers, and technical staff assigned to the Project Prioritization Team (PPT) and the Project Scheduling, Tracking, Analytics, and Cost Team (PSTAC). As a Supervisor, you will lead the team to ensure EGO’s capital dollars are allocated to the highest priority, most critical projects within the state of Ohio. You will also be responsible for achieving capital goals using both long- and short-term detailed plans that balance the needs of the organization and its’ financial targets.

Here’s what you will do:
Hire and create work assignments/goals to direct reports to include evaluation and scope determination of pipeline projects, schedule, and cost estimates.
Review and analyze electronic data associated with risk, assets, GIS, and compliance systems to evaluate, select, and scope infrastructure projects.
Plan development includes stakeholder input, updates, and commitments. Leads team to organize and represent operational/compliance priorities.
Lead team to develop, implement, maintain, and analyze the master project schedule for capital projects to ensure activities are on track to meet project milestones and business goals.
Apply knowledge of schedule and contractor performance to address/resolve any scheduling issues.
Communicate with pipeline and service line contractors to ensure projects are on schedule.
Provide summary reports to leadership teams and prepare detailed asset analysis, financial planning, and fact-based decision making that will withstand regulatory scrutiny.
Ensure compliance obligations are communicated, documented, and achieved.
Plan for the majority of EGO’s annual and multi-year capital budget.
Work closely with Rates, Financial and Business Services, Distribution and Transmission Construction teams, and EGO leadership regarding various company-wide programs.
Manage relationships with internal partners and external entities.
Prepare presentations and documentation for various levels of management as needed.
Participate in the development and tracking of monthly and annual capital spend forecasts.
Who you are:
You have:
A Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of directly related experience OR an Associate’s Degree and 7+ years of directly related experience OR a High School diploma/GED and 9+ years of directly related experience.
Disciplines Preferred: Construction Management or Technology, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or Finance.
Directly related experience includes: Supervision, Project Management, Project Planning, Distribution Design, Transmission/Storage/Gathering Design, Gas Operations, Construction, Finance, Analysis, Forecasting, Scheduling, and Leadership.
Knowledge of gas operations and natural gas pipeline regulations and procedures within EGO’s gas operations territory.
Knowledge of GIS programs and project management methodology.
Strategic leadership skills and strong business acumen.
Strong project management skills including, budgeting, cost control, planning, scheduling, establishing, communicating, and monitoring scope.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills in working with a diverse work force.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
