This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

Atlas Energy is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Intern to join our IT team. This role is ideal for a fast learner with a strong interest in Systems Administration, Networking, and Desktop Support. The intern will work closely with experienced Systems Administrators and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise IT environments while supporting day-to-day operations.

How You Will Make an Impact 

• Assist Systems Administrators with daily operational and maintenance tasks
• Learn to provide desktop and end-user support in a professional enterprise environment
• Support various enterprise software applications and internal IT tools
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and tracking of IT assets
• Follow documented procedures and directions from senior IT staff
• Participate in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in an Information Technology–related field
• Preference for candidates pursuing a Computer Science degree with electives in Systems or Network Administration
• Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn desktop support fundamentals
• Willingness to learn and support enterprise-level software and systems
• Ability to follow direction and work effectively in a structured environment
• Friendly, professional, and supportive attitude
• Strong work ethic and team-player mindset
• Willing and able to accept new tasks and challenges as assigned
