Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Services Status professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing program services, ensuring resource coordination, and delivering business and technology outcomes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong PMO expertise, resource management skills, and a commitment to achieving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
PMO and Resource Management: Oversee program management office (PMO) activities, including resource planning, allocation, and coordination to ensure seamless program execution.
Outcome Delivery: Drive the successful delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.
Service Level Management: Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with established standards.
Program Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives, manage dependencies, and address challenges effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in PMO, resource management, and program coordination.
Strong understanding of business and technology program delivery.
Proficiency in using standard tools and methodologies for program and service management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Bonus points if you have:
Intermediate proficiency in Risk Management.
Intermediate proficiency in Agile Methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement.
Beginner proficiency in Financial Analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in Change Management.
Clearance Requirement:
NV1 security clearance is mandatory for this role.
