DESCRIPTION 

Airbus is looking for an IT Operation Specialist - Linux and Windows Systems to join our team based in Spain. 

Who will work for EIIDED PSL who is working with Engineering programs to provide a friendly work IT environment.

Who will be responsible for ensuring the operational maintenance of key engineering applications and providing guidance to engineers on major tool evolutions.

If you have experience with system administration and software development, a curious mindset, and a passion for learning new things while improving users' efficiency in a complex environment, then this job is for you!

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Provide RUN support (maintaining operational condition) for key applications used by engineering teams..
• Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of applications.
• Ensure Solution operability, performance and robustness.
• Administrate and maintain Linux and Windows systems.
• Propose continuous improvement on processes.
• Collaborating closely with the engineer team and digital operational teams.
• Creating, modifying, and presenting technical reports.
• Effectively communicating issues related to application functionality and performance.
• Manage the CMDB of the products.

SKILLS

• Script development (python, bash, …).
• Good Knowledge of incident and change management based on ITIL principles.

• Open minded for collaborative ways of working in a transnational business environment.
